This healthcare & Medicare insurance agency has an operating model which results in a significant increase in hiring before and during their open enrollment period every year. emploi was tasked with quickly hiring a minimum of 2,000 licensed and entry level insurance sales agents in a 5 month period. The team had 3 additional key goals: substantively increase diversity, bi-lingual & licensed candidates, while decreasing candidate drop off during onboarding.
